"You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it." - Albert EinsteinMost of us have problems, or at least what we see as problems. Many times we create these problems for ourselves because we are so trapped in our own viewpoint, our own desires, or own way of being. We want something, so the problem is that we need money, which creates the problem of how to get it, and getting it creates stress, which is its own problem. So often we begin chain reactions of problems, and are pushed along like a stick being swept away by a river. But not so often have we asked ourselves, is this path a good one to take? Where should I focus my energy? What's really important in my life and how should I pursue it? Take a few minutes today to look at your problems from a different perspective. Imagine that you are looking at your life from the outside. What would this person who is not attached to your desires and feelings say about your problems? Most of the time, all you need to solve your problems is to come at them from a different angle, not merely with a different tactic.
